VP Residential Lending-Northern Ohio

Our client is a large community bank in Northern Ohio, mostly focused on retail & mortgage lending.  The VP – Residential Lending is a leadership role that oversees all of the Residential Lending areas. The responsibilities include management of staff, policies, procedures, and compliance, monitoring risks in the department, business development activities, and reviewing department reports.   The role participates in the Senior Management, Credit Classification, ALCO, Risk, Compliance, Vendor Management.
