York & Associates is working with a large Kentucky based community bank in search of a Market President to lead their team and efforts in Pikeville and the surrounding area. The bank has an established presence and very strong reputation in the local market. The position would oversee a small team of lenders and existing portfolio for the market and be charged with continuing to grow the book with a focus on commercial lending/banking. Base compensation would be commensurate with experience. They also have an annual incentive/bonus plan based on individual and team production.
