York & Associates is working with a large Pennsylvania based community bank in search of a Commercial Real Estate Executive to lead a team of Community Commercial Real Estate Relationship Managers to develop and coordinate all lending for an assigned team/segment in the Philadelphia and NJ market. The bank has an established presence and very strong reputation in the local market and is looking to grow. Base compensation would be commensurate with experience. This position is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units and to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance. This is an onsite career opportunity with location TBD in the Greater Philadelphia, PA or NJ market.
