JOB SUMMARY Among other duties, the Chief Risk Officer develops and implements an enterprise-wide risk management program, encompassing Loan Review, Internal Audit, Loss Prevention, Fraud, Operational Risk, Regulatory Compliance, Information Security, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, CRA, SOX and BSA/AML/OFAC. ESSENTIAL DUTIES The duties listed below may not include all responsibilities that the person in this role may be asked to perform. Incumbent may be required to perform other related duties, as assigned, including cross training across other departments, as necessary. .Develops and implements an enterprise-wide risk management program, encompassing Loan Review, Internal Audit, Loss Prevention, Fraud, Operational Risk, Regulatory Compliance, Information Security, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, CRA, SOX and BSA/AML/OFAC

A self-starting team player with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business, finance or economics and ten years of relevant risk management experience in the banking and finance sectors, including working experience in lending, managing interest rate risk, liquidity, credit, regulatory and operational risk and general financial management
This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer
